The last four years for me achieving the top 10% of Coldwell Banker agents was very busy to say the least. Having worked the market daily I am well aware of its activity, past and present. The market is now in the process of changing from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. What are the signs you ask?
- Prices are not increasing with dramatic regularity
- Sellers are accepting terms which include inspections and seller assist
- Multiple offers are no longer the norm
